The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and cozy, with a charming neighborhood feel that’s perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner.

A special shoutout to Silvio and Nick, whose hospitality truly elevated the experience. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel like valued guests from start to finish.

The meal started with fresh bread served alongside olive oil, roasted garlic, and freshly ground pepper, setting the tone for a fantastic dining experience. We enjoyed the house special fresh mixed salad, zucchini rollatini, pillowy butternut squash pasta with tomatoes and basil, and a rich, creamy mushroom pasta. What stood out most was how incredibly fresh everything tasted. Each dish arrived piping hot, and you could literally see the steam escaping as we worked our way through the meal. It’s clear that everything is prepared with care and served at just the right moment.

The highlight of the meal was the bread pudding, which is made by Silvio himself. It was absolutely exceptional, warm, rich, and perfectly balanced, especially with the scoop of ice cream on top. It’s the kind of dessert you’ll find yourself thinking about long after you’ve left.

The food was delicious and the owner Silvio is right off the boat and legit! The black and white photos on the wall are actually of his family growing up in Italy. This is an authentic experience — and the food matches that. The owner is so sweet and talkative and brought us a dessert with a candle without any asking. He is very attentive and you can tell her takes pride in the food he is serving. I highly recommended Boccune South to anyone in the area for authentic Italian cuisine and an experience.
